- Provide professional massage therapy treatments to members and guests.
- Offer beauty therapy services including facials, manicures, pedicures, and other approved treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the spa and treatment areas.
- Advise clients on suitable treatments and aftercare recommendations.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are properly maintained.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a relaxing guest experience.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and appointment schedules.
- Assist in promoting spa services and products.
- Ensure billing is done for all the services rendered.
- Keep a diary of all the bookings for the beauty and massage services.
- Keep daily records of all services rendered and recording of all the payments.
- Keep a customer log register for reminders and follow up on the services.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Club Management.

Education & Experience
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Massage Therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a busy hotel, club, spa, wellness centre, or similar establishment.
Competencies & Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to use the POS.
- Demonstrated competence in various massage techniques and beauty treatments.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet client expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards applicable to spa operations.
