The Nyeri Club is made up of members, the board of directors, and the management which is headed by the general manager and staff.
Members are the owners of the club. The club has about 400 active members. The club has a constitution and by-laws that govern the running of the club.
The management is appointed to run the Club on its members’ behalf. The management is a team of professionals who ensure that the Club’s constitution and
strategic plan is successfully implemented and the organization meets its objectives sustainably.
